Ludus Access Control provides a convenient solution for Ludus administrators to efficiently scan tickets for validation and manage patrons attending specific showtimes. Users can utilize their mobile phone's camera or a Bluetooth barcode scanner for this process.
- SCANNING: The barcode scanner feature enables administrators to swiftly validate tickets at entry points, ensuring accurate tracking of checked-in patrons. Simply aim the scanner at the ticket's barcode, and the app will promptly display a "Valid" or "Invalid" message.
- CHECK-INS: Ludus Access Control streamlines the process of identifying patrons already present inside the auditorium. Upon ticket verification, patrons are automatically marked as checked-in.
- PATRONS LIST: Within the application, administrators have access to a comprehensive list of all patrons holding tickets for a specific showtime. Additionally, manual check-in functionality is available for administrators who opt not to scan tickets.
